This product is not available to book via the Learning Frameworks service after 30 June 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)

This qualification will help implement coaching in a complex working environment or at an executive or senior organisational level.

It will ensure the organisation's coaches and mentors are properly equipped with the skills, knowledge and understanding they need. It will help to create a coaching and mentoring culture, in which senior managers and leaders demonstrate their commitment to supporting their own development and performance improvement, as well as that of others. This course includes the relevant exam. There are written assessments.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
