The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

🕮 Off the shelf (OTS)

The Level 7 qualifications in Leadership and Management are ILM's most senior qualifications. They are designed for aspiring and practising senior managers and leaders who are seeking to develop their professional capability. These managers will be looking to make the best use of resources, understand the need to innovate and optimise performance, within the strategic context of the organisation. They may also have to present arguments for change, construct business cases, lead change implementation and evaluate the impact of that change.

The workshops are highly participative, using facilitated discussion, presentations, case studies, videos and group work. The workshops promote reflective review, and encourage delegates to proactively find opportunities to apply the learning in the workplace. Delegates are supported with action learning sessions and will complete work-based learning assignments, which are assessed and verified in order to achieve their accreditation. There are written assessments.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
