Off the shelf (OTS)

Developing a coaching and mentoring culture within an organisation enables managers to provide effective support for the development of others and to improve their performance. This course ensures that managers (or anyone with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring in their daily role) are equipped with the skills, knowledge and ethical understanding they need to do this.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
