Overview

This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)

Developing a coaching and mentoring culture within an organisation enables managers to provide effective support for the development of others and to improve their performance. This course ensures that managers (or anyone with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring in their daily role) are equipped with the skills, knowledge and ethical understanding they need to do this. There are written assessments.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
