Our flagship, ILM endorsed Professional Workplace Mediator training course is run as a 6-day programme and is delivered in-house for groups of 4 learners or more.

We also offer this program as a public course, for individuals and small groups of trainees. Our training course provides learners with all the skills needed to mediate formally and handle most cases in-house.
