Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This programme will elevate HR SLTs through a blended series of events covering critical topics through the lens of a leader. Designed and delivered by subject matter experts. This will take your leadership to the next level of impact, consistency and collaboration. Participants have a useful Coaching sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the programme to help drive their personal growth through the programme. They will also benefit from a specially designed Peer Feedback process where they are guided through gaining feedback from their closest team members and pick the key areas they want to develop in through the programme. They are also put into a buddy system with another SLT participant to regularly catch up informally about their growth, hopes, fears and challenges etc.
