The programme has been designed for people professionals with an existing generalist understanding but who require further capability development. ​The programme focuses on building capability and enables learners to strengthen their skills and gain expert knowledge


Module 1:AI for HR
- Understand the impact, risks and opportunities involved in using AI tools in the people profession
- Identify opportunities to improve existing ways of working in HR using AI-powered solutions
- Use AI tools to improve process efficiency and overall effectiveness of common HR tasks

Module 2 Evidence Based HR
-Demonstrate the link between processes & business outcomes
-Establish buy in & recognition for projects with the right data approach
-Embed a people-focussed culture of evidence-based decisions
-Build a dashboard that demonstrates your business value

Module 3 – HR Consulting Skills (Stakeholder Management)
-Articulate value of HR consultancy in an Departmental context
-Describe challenges, models & techniques of contracting with stakeholders
-Conduct meaningful analysis & diagnosis

Module 4: Organizational Savvy (Commerciality/Customer Focus)
-Develop business thinking as critical mindset
-Align partnership with business context
-Create value as a business/customer concept
-Explore customer expectations & needs
-Shift to solution mindset

Module 5: HR as Agents of Change
-Describe fundamentals of change
-Differentiate between key models
-Enable talent as an enabler
-Understand how the HR team & practitioner can be an enabler

Module 6: Strategic Workforce Planning
-Implement & deliver on the outputs of a strategic workforce plan 
-Describe the baseline of what your org looks like, what it is trying to achieve & why
-Determine ‘Supply’
-Assess ‘Demand’, what drives it?
-Create your ‘Gap Analysis’ between supply & demand 

Module 7: Organisation Design & Development
-Explain the connections & differences with org design, org development, HR & L&D
-Apply diagnostic tools to assess health of the org
-Implement evaluation strategies to assess impact of any change initiative
