We begin by looking at diagnostic tools then take a deep dive into ‘creating psychological safety’ and discuss some approaches to working with teams that have become stuck.
Session 4. The Team as a System
In which we explore a systems thinking approach to team coaching. This session also examines how to harness the benefits of diversity in teams and how to approach closing down the team coaching relationship.
Session 5. Practicing Professionally
In which learners consider their signature team coaching style. We also explore what it means to practice ethically, maintaining professional standards.
Successful candidates have the option to stop at this point and gain accreditation at Foundation level. Or they may continue to the Practitioner stage of the programme which will follow directly onwards.
