The EMCC Level 5 Diploma in Coaching Supervision is a professional qualification for coach supervisors. The purpose of this programme is to train, qualify and accredit coach supervisors.

The programme is focused around 20 live, virtual training sessions, to be completed within one year.

In addition to their ongoing practice, participants will maintain a learning journal, attend facilitated reflective learning group sessions, submit and receive feedback on two recorded supervision sessions, participate in the online group discussion, write a 2000-word essay, peer-review co-learners, and carry out a final self-assessment and exam.

The course has been developed for experienced coaches, operating at any of the following levels or above: Senior Practitioner with EMCC Global or Association for Coaching (AC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Level 5 with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). It is suitable for anyone intending to practice as a coach supervisor.

For the Professional Accreditation, graduates will be awarded the Diploma in Coaching Supervision. Those with at least 120 supervision practice hours will gain the prestigious ESIA individual supervisor accreditation, awarded by the professional body for coaching and supervision, EMCC Global.
