A Coaching Accreditation Programme for Experienced Managers and Leaders.

Methodology
This is a self-paced, digital learning programme in which all taught input is available via recordings contained within the online learning platform. Individual, personalised faculty feedback and assessment also takes place within this online environment.

Timings
Recorded taught input modules unlock automatically according to a pre-defined schedule, providing learners with a fixed strucure around which to complete their practice and homework tasks.

• The aim of the programme is for you to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to coach effectively in any context.
• On completion, you will be recognised for your professional coaching skills through formal accreditation, awarded by EMCC Global.
• This programme instils a coaching mindset and lays the foundation for a coaching style of leadership.

Who should Attend this Programme?
• This program is designed for experienced managers and leaders.
• It is suitable for individuals who wish to incorporate coaching skills into their leadership style and contribute towards creating a coaching culture.
• It is also designed for people who are joining an internal coaching faculty and intend to offer coaching as a service.

Programme Components

Throughout the course, you will collect 24 live coaching practice hours, receive feedback on two recordings, and carry out homework assignments including reading, pre-work, reflective journals, online quizzes and a personal statement.

6. Positive Psychology
- Focusing on strengths, intrinsic motivation and strategies of hope.
7. Constructive Challenge
- Understanding what is meant by ‘the use-of-self as instrument’.
8. Contracting in Depth
- Multi-layered, and multi-stakeholder contracting.
9. Interpersonal dynamics
- Transactional Analysis in coaching. Introducing a theory of relating.
10. Practicing Professionally
- CPD, supervision, reflective practice, ethics, record keeping and more.

Professional Accreditation
• This programme has been assessed by the coaching body, EMCC Global, and has been given the EQA award, enabling graduates to gain accreditation with EMCC on completion.
• It has been approved for The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme
• It is also approved for The Career Transition Partnership (CTP), the official provider of Armed Forces resettlement.
