What have you learnt from the programme so far? How will you apply this? What do you need to focus on to accelerate your learning process?
Recorded Session Exercise.
Towards the end of the programme, you will record one of your supervision sessions to use in the recorded session exercise. You will share the recording with programme faculty and also one other member of the cohort – and receive feedback from both.
Assessment
Assessment involves a comprehensive consideration of your participation in the learning journey as a whole.
The reflective journals, session quizzes, community discussion comments, live contributions, feedback from supervisees, formal self-assessment and individualised faculty feedback all count towards validating your learning and underpin your certificate of completion.
How does this course relate to the Diploma in Coaching Supervision (DipS)?
This course is Part 1 (of 3) of the DipS.
As such, it is a significant step towards achieving the prestigious EMCC Global individual supervisor accreditation, ESIA.
You may choose to move straight on to Part 2. The Relational Approach. Or you may decide to wait and join a future cohort. All three parts of the diploma programme act as standalone courses and may be joined by anyone who has previously completed the earlier elements.
