The People Management Accredited Programme gives an overview to the ten standards within the People Practice area of the CIPD Profession Map. It will equip line managers to lead a team with confidence, empathy and in line with the principles championed by CIPD. The programme has a range of blended assets from animations, videos, downloadable resources and opportunities to reflect on the content and how to apply it in everyday practice. The content features case studies from practitioners around the world who share great examples of practice that you could replicate or adapt in your own work environment. The downloadable resources will add up to a variety of job aids, check lists, reminders and other practical tools that will support your practice well beyond the end of the programme. You will have the chance to share your suggestions, ideas, thoughts and great practice in the forum and see what your peers share as well so that you will all learn from each other through this community.
