This learning is created by two recognised leading experts in the field of People Analytics, Trish Uhl and Tracey Smith, who both bring extensive experience of working with organisations globally on their people analytics strategies, advising and supporting with the implementation and development of capability and policy. Building confidence is central to their approach in the learning content, with learners taken on a journey gradually building the skills to perhaps surprise themselves with what they are capable of and with the impact they will be able to have. While the programme can be completed using standard tools such as Excel and Google sheets, other tools such as Python, R, SQL and machine learning are also referenced for those who wish to go further. The scope for the programme has been tested with experts and those working in analytics for organisations in the UK and internationally.
