This Advanced Diploma has been designed for people hoping to become a strategic HR leader in their organisation. The 16 – 24 months of extensive study required to gain your diploma will help you develop in-depth knowledge of multiple facets of HR. The diploma also provides the opportunity to explore innovative new areas, such as technology-enhanced learning.

To gain your Advanced Diploma, you will need to complete 4 core modules, 3 specialist modules and 1 further module of your choosing.
