Overview
This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.
The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)
This Associate Diploma is designed for people who work in (human resource) HR and want to take the next step in their career. As well as validating your current HR experience and expertise, it's a chance to broaden your knowledge of specific, specialist areas of HR such as employment law. To gain your Associate Diploma, you will need to complete 3 core modules, 3 specialist modules and 1 further module of your choosing (in areas including employment law, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing at work) over the course of 12-16 months.
