Delivery Format
A self-paced digital programme with recorded lessons, guided practice tasks, and personalised online faculty feedback. Modules unlock on a pre-defined schedule, providing structure and pacing for learning and reflection.

Programme Purpose

• Achieve EMCC Practitioner-level accreditation upon completion.

• Complete 30 hours of live coaching practice.
• Submit two recorded sessions for personalised faculty feedback.

Programme Awards and Accreditation
This programme is recognised by both EMCC Global and the Association for Coaching, offering two professional pathways for accreditation:

EMCC Global
Accredited at Practitioner level (EQA), this programme embeds all individual accreditation requirements into its design. Successful graduates are awarded EMCC Practitioner Individual Accreditation (EIA) upon completion—no separate application is required, subject to EMCC membership.

Association for Coaching
This course is accredited under the ACCT scheme, qualifying it as an AC Accredited Coach Training programme. Successful graduates are eligible for the fast-track process to individual accreditation at Coach or Executive Coach level. A separate application and AC membership are still required on completion.

Graduates leave this programme with enhanced coaching capability, stronger professional identity, and internationally recognised credentials with two leading coaching bodies. It is a valuable next step for practitioners applying coaching skills within their organisations.
