An Accredited Coaching Programme for Leaders, Managers, and Internal Coaches and leaders looking to deepen their coaching expertise and gain recognised credentials. Building on prior training or practical experience, it offers a rigorous yet supportive pathway to EMCC and AC accreditation at Practitioner level. With a focus on real-world application, relational depth, and reflective practice, this seven-month course equips participants to deliver high-quality coaching across a range of organisational contexts.
This blended learning programme combines live virtual workshops, peer interaction, and self-paced assignments. Participants attend twelve live, three-hour workshops, arranged in two blocks of six fortnightly sessions. This structured pacing is designed to support busy professionals while allowing time for integration, reflection, and applied practice through a digital learning platform.
Programme Purpose
• Build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to coach effectively in any context
• Gain formal EMCC Global accreditation at Practitioner level.
• Develop a coaching mindset and adopt a coaching style of leadership.

• Those joining an internal coaching faculty or aiming to offer coaching as a professional service.
• Experienced managers and leaders with five or more years in roles involving team leadership or staff development.

• Complete 30 hours of live coaching practice
• Submit two recorded sessions for personalised feedback
• Engage in structured assignments, including, reparatory reading, reflective journals, online quizzes, a final personal statement

7. Positive Psychology – Strengths, motivation, hope, and emotional energy in coaching
8. Constructive Challenge – Using Heron’s six interventions to offer challenge skilfully
9. Use of Self as Instrument – Developing relational presence and reflective capacity
10. Interpersonal Dynamics – Applying Transactional Analysis and systemic insight
11. Contracting Revisited – Revisiting goals, boundaries, and managing endings
12. Practising Professionally – Ethics, supervision, CPD, and long-term sustainability.
This programme is recognised by both EMCC Global and the Association for Coaching, offering two professional pathways for accreditation:
EMCC Global
Accredited at Practitioner level (EQA), this programme embeds all individual accreditation requirements into its design. Successful graduates are awarded EMCC Practitioner Individual Accreditation (EIA) upon completion; no separate application is required, subject to EMCC membership. Those with significant experience may be eligible to bridge directly to Senior Practitioner level through experience and competence mapping.
Association for Coaching
This course is accredited under the ACCT scheme, qualifying it as an AC Accredited Coach Training programme. Successful graduates are eligible for the fast-track process to individual accreditation at Coach or Executive Coach level. A separate application and AC membership are still required on completion.
Graduates leave this programme with enhanced coaching capability, stronger professional identity, and internationally recognised credentials with two leading coaching bodies. It is a valuable next step for practitioners applying coaching skills within their organisations.
