The Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) sets minimum standards for individuals in organisations and encourages a culture of accountability for misconduct. The regime provides a robust framework for individuals and leaders to think about their actions.
This course will take learners through the components which make up the three parts of the SM&CR which are (i) direct accountability, (ii) fit and proper employees; and (iii) the Conduct Rules.
