This digital module describes what End User Computing (EUC) tools are, their place within the processes of an organisation, and how to identify them. It discusses the risks involved, and how to assess them for the purposes of controls, and the lifecycle of EUC controls.
It finishes by examining the overall role of EUCs within an organisation, and whether alternative solutions may be preferable.
End User Computing Fundamentals assessment is made up of 10 multiple-choice questions selected from a bank of 30 questions, there is an 80% pass mark required.
