This training course provides you with a basic grounding in key financial areas, covering fundamental financial ratios and how to use them effectively. It’ll help you understand some of the financial statements and reports commonly used in business. You’ll learn how to interpret this information and use your knowledge to manage day to day business activity.

This course covers:
• Understanding the statement of financial position and statement of profit or loss
• Using information from the statement of profit or loss and statement of financial position
• Cash versus profit
• A brief introduction to budgeting

This course is designed for non-finance professionals or those at the start of their finance journey, with no prior knowledge or experience required. Also suitable for those who work in the finance department but have limited experience or need a fast-track grounding in Accountancy & Finance. This is not a qualification and there are no exams or formal assessments included in this course, making it ideal for learners who prefer a relaxed and practical learning environment.
