The Certificate in Corporate Finance is recognised by the FCA as a qualification for professionals to develop a thorough understanding of corporate finance.
Paper 2 - Explores techniques to understand how corporate finance transactions are developed to meet client needs. Includes quantitative methods, financial statements analysis, capital structure, business valuations, corporate transactions and corporate finance documentation.
Exemptions: Holders of a Financial Services Skills Commission (FSSC) appropriate examination (e.g. the ACA qualification) will be granted full exemption credit against this stage and may proceed to the Diploma stage.
The Qualification: There are two units within the Certificate: Unit 1 is Corporate Finance Regulation and Unit 2 is Corporate Finance Technical Foundations.
