The ACA Professional Level builds on your foundational knowledge, deepening your understanding of areas across auditing, taxation, financial accounting and reporting, financial management, tax compliance and business strategy. Focusing on complex decision-making, you’ll learn to interpret financial statements, assess risk, apply tax regulations, and audit accounts. Continue your ACA journey and get a step closer to becoming an ICAEW chartered accountant.

The first part of the module aims to develop students’ understanding of the critical aspects of managing an assurance engagement (including audit engagements): acceptance, planning, managing, concluding and reporting.

The second part of this module to enable students to prepare complete single entity financial statements, and extracts from those financial statements, covering a wide range of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS® Standards).
