1) Target Audience
This course is aimed at business professionals, workflow designers, digital transformation teams, automation specialists, and IT professionals who use Microsoft Power Automate and want to advance their skills beyond the basics to build more sophisticated automated workflows. It is suited to those who are comfortable creating simple flows and are ready to tackle more complex automation scenarios.

2) Pre-requisites
Basic experience using Microsoft Power Automate is required, including the ability to create simple flows, either through prior training or practical use.

3) Course Description
This course builds on foundational Power Automate skills, advancing into intermediate and advanced features and automation techniques. Delegates deepen their understanding of expressions, variables, error handling, and integration with other services — equipping them with the skills to design, build, and maintain complex, reliable automation solutions for real-world business processes.
