This course is designed for all Microsoft 365 users — including business professionals, analysts, and team leaders — who want to make effective use of the AI capabilities available through Copilot Pro (now evolving into Copilot Chat) without requiring a full Copilot for Microsoft 365 licence. It is suited to those looking to maximise the value of their existing Microsoft 365 subscription.

2) Pre-requisites
Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams — is recommended. A standard Microsoft 365 licence is required; no additional Copilot 365 licence is needed.

3) Course Description
This course focuses on the AI capabilities available to all Microsoft 365 users through Copilot Pro, covering data-protected web chat and basic integration with Microsoft 365 applications. Delegates gain practical skills in applying these features to everyday work and gain clarity on how Copilot Pro compares to the full Copilot for Microsoft 365 offering, enabling informed decisions about AI adoption.

• Analysing and summarising documents using Copilot Chat (up to five documents per session)

• Effective prompt engineering techniques for improved AI outputs
• Best practices for integrating Copilot Pro into daily workflows
• Identifying practical use cases for Copilot Pro across common business scenarios

5) Delivery Format
Delivered over one day (7 hours) via virtual instructor-led sessions using Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with interactive presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on exercises throughout.
