1) Target Audience
This course is designed for business professionals, analysts, and team leaders who already have practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and want to develop advanced capabilities, harness administrative features, and maximise its organisational potential. It is suited to those who have completed an introductory Copilot course and are ready to maximise its value across their organisation.
2) Pre-requisites
Completion of the Microsoft Copilot 365 Essentials course, or equivalent practical experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365, is required. A Copilot 365 licence is required; administrative features covered in this course also require administrative permissions.

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of advanced Copilot use cases and administrative controls within Microsoft 365. Delegates move beyond day-to-day usage to evaluate Copilot's full potential, manage its deployment across an organisation, and ensure it is used securely, responsibly, and to maximum effect.
