Furthermore, we address the intricate topic of data licensing, delving into the complex inquiry of whether an AI should possess the same rights as a human to peruse copyrighted content accessible online. We also tackle the responsibility surrounding instances where an AI generates derivative works that may potentially infringe upon copyright.
