The aim of the course is to give people who are doing OR type analysis but have come in from a non-OR route an overview of the wider subject area. Many learners come into OR from a science, engineering or an IT route.

The aim of this course is to provide learners, who are working in OR but are from a non-OR background with an overview of the wider subject area. This course goes through some of the principle tools and techniques used in applied OR to give an insight into what they are and what problems they can be used to solve.
