1) Target Audience
This course is designed for power users, citizen developers, and IT professionals who want to build AI agents using a low-code approach within the Microsoft Power Platform. It is suited to those already familiar with other Power Platform tools who want to extend their skills to AI agent development without requiring traditional programming expertise.

2) Pre-requisites
No formal prerequisites are required. A basic understanding of the Power Platform and familiarity with tools such as Power Apps or Power Automate is beneficial.

3) Course Description
This course covers how to build intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging the low-code capabilities of the Power Platform. Delegates develop the skills to define agent scope and purpose, manage conversation flows, and integrate agents with Power Automate flows and organisational data sources — enabling practical AI automation without writing code.

• Core concepts of AI agents and how Copilot Studio extends the Power Platform
• Defining the purpose, scope, and behaviour of AI agents for business use cases
• Building and configuring agents using a low-code approach in Copilot Studio
• Creating and managing conversation topics and user interaction flows

• Connecting agents to data sources such as Dataverse and SharePoint Lists
• Deploying and using agents within Microsoft Teams
• Best practices for building scalable, maintainable low-code AI solutions

5) Delivery Format
Delivered over two days (14 hours in total, 7 hours per day) via virtual instructor-led sessions using Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with interactive labs and hands-on exercises throughout.
