1) Target Audience
This course is designed for professionals working within Microsoft 365 environments — including power users, team leads, business analysts, and IT professionals — who want to build and deploy AI agents to automate tasks and improve everyday productivity. No prior agent development experience is required.

2) Pre-requisites
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) is recommended. No formal prerequisites are required.

3) Course Description
This hands-on course provides an end-to-end introduction to creating declarative AI agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot using Agent Builder. Delegates are equipped to design effective agents, connect them to organisational data sources, and apply them to real business workflows — including testing, publishing, and governing agents for secure organisational use.

4) Objectives / Topic Areas
• Understanding AI agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot and how they extend Copilot capabilities
• Differences between Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Copilot Studio agents
• Overview of built-in agents (Researcher, Skills, Word and Excel agents)
• Designing agents using prompts, knowledge sources, and actions
• Connecting agents to Microsoft 365 data (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Creating agent-driven workflows to automate business tasks
• Testing, publishing, and sharing agents within an organisation
• Governance, security, and responsible AI practices

5) Delivery Format
Delivered over two days (14 hours) via virtual instructor-led sessions using Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with live demonstrations and hands-on exercises throughout.
