1) Target Audience
This course is designed for data scientists, data analysts, and other data professionals who want to gain a practical understanding of machine learning concepts and apply them using Azure Machine Learning. It is suited to those with a background in data analysis who are new to machine learning and want to develop hands-on model-building skills.
2) Pre-requisites
No prior machine learning experience is required. Exposure to basic data analysis concepts is beneficial. Python example code is provided throughout; prior Python experience is advantageous but not required.
3) Course Description
This course focuses on machine learning as a set of techniques for training and deploying custom AI models for tasks such as binary classification, multi-class classification, and regression. Delegates gain a solid grounding in core machine learning concepts and apply them through practical lab-based exercises using Azure Machine Learning, covering the full model lifecycle from data preparation through to deployment.

5) Delivery Format
Delivered over two days (14 hours in total, 7 hours per day) via virtual instructor-led sessions using Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with interactive labs and hands-on exercises throughout. Python notebooks are provided for delegates to copy, test, and experiment with.
