Learners will explore the concept of whole life costing which takes into account the total cost of a product or service over its lifetime, from concept through to disposal including purchase, hire, lease, maintenance, operation, utilities, training and disposal. This course will combine knowledge transfer with a variety of participative exercises, group discussions and sharing of best practice.
