Supply chain analysis involves the systematic mapping and analysis of the physical commercial and cost linkages that exist in supply chains. On completion of the course, learners will be able to:

- Describe the differences between Supply Value Chain Analysis & Value Stream Mapping
- Identify the value-added components and remove the waste.

This course will combine knowledge transfer with a variety of participative exercises, group discussions and sharing of best practice.
