This course is intended for purchasing personnel with responsibility for contracting and placing purchase orders with suppliers for goods and services. Outcomes include providing delegates with an understanding of contracting law, giving practical examples and knowledge of laws including Bribery and Modern Slavery Acts.

This course will combine knowledge transfer with a variety of participative exercises, group discussion and sharing of best practices.
