This training is suitable for those that have attended Effective Collections 1 or those that are established or more senior in their role and are therefore likely to be working on more complex or business critical matters.
This advanced course builds on the foundation skills from Effective Collections 1. A two-step development pathway ensures your credit/debt teams can continually enhance their skills, driving measurable improvements in cashflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Building on existing techniques, attendees will learn and apply advanced skills.
1. Collections Practice I: Power up a range of techniques in different situations.
