CIPS Advanced Diploma — Qualification Level 5

This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

🕮 Off the shelf (OTS)

The Level 5 Advanced Diploma is designed for individuals working at or aspiring to the Managerial and Professional levels of the CIPS Global Standard for Procurement and Supply. The Advanced Diploma is designed for experienced members of the profession who are expected to develop, improve and fulfil functional business objectives and also formulate strategic direction.

The required knowledge and skills are developed as learners perform practical, work-related tasks with a focus on how to deal with key aspects of risk in supply chains and mitigation of those risks; processing and evaluating contracts and the impact of legal implications and non-conformance of contracts.

On completion of this qualification you can expect to improve your overall organisational procurement and supply performance to fulfil your organisational objectives.

Delegates wishing to book this programme, must be able to provide evidence of successfully completing a Level 4 programme.
Level 5 has 8 exams: 2 constrictive response (essays) and 4 objective response (multiple choice).
