Off the shelf (OTS)

On completion of this course learners will be able to identify approaches to successfully achieve negotiated commercial agreements with external organisations. Learners will also have the opportunity to practice techniques throughout the course.

This course will combine knowledge transfer with a variety of participative exercises, group discussions and sharing of best practice.
