'AI for Leaders' is designed to empower leaders to navigate the exciting world of Generative AI.

The course consists of:
• Learner guide
• Self-paced pre-workshop activities (optional: approx. 1 hour)
• Facilitated AI for Leaders Workshop (3.5 hours)
• Post-Workshop reflections and action plan within the learner guide (optional: approx. 2 hours)

Generative AI is still in its early stages of development, and its full potential remains largely unexplored. The hype surrounding it is undeniable, and we're constantly learning about its capabilities. This can be overwhelming, especially as leaders who are entrusted with the responsibility of guiding their teams through this uncharted territory.

The AI for Leaders workshop aims to provide direction to leaders looking to adopt GenAI for themselves, their teams, and into their organisational strategy.

The workshop is facilitated by industry experts. Objective is to equip participants with the confidence and skills to harness the power of AI, understand its challenges and opportunities, and develop a clear strategy for integrating it into your team's work.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be more confident using AI tools to enhance their work, develop a clear strategy for adopting AI in their team, and lead the team through the challenges and opportunities of AI.

The Workshop gives leaders the opportunity to:
• Get hands-on experience writing prompts and using Gen AI tools (like ChatGPT and Copilot)
• Discuss challenges and concerns around adopting AI into their work
• Hear from leading experts on Data and AI topics
• Develop an action plan to embed Generative AI technology into their teams Leaders will
