Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

A two-day facilitator-led course designed to empower HR professionals to understand the importance, risk and opportunities of AI solutions and their impact on the people profession, while also equipping them in practical skills they can use immediately after the course to perform specific HR-related tasks.

The course consists of interactive theoretical parts, as well as practical and scenario-based group activities where learners are asked to use AI tools to complete them. Learners will be introduced to a range of AI tools, play around with selected ones, and then use a tool of their choice to complete HR related tasks.

It’s designed to shift attitudes to empower learners to embrace ongoing change in the world of work, while also seeing AI as a useful tool to help them complete their current tasks, while also becoming a helpful partner to the wider business. It discusses not only strengths of generative AI, but also its weaknesses and limitations, while providing learners with knowledge and tools to not only use generative AI in their workplaces, but also create relevant best practices and policies for others to follow. This ensures that individuals feel empowered, and the business is protected from the many pitfalls involved in using gen AI in a professional setting.
