Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
A 2.5-hour Leadership Lab Deep Dive on Meta-awareness, mapped to the Fog response in the Fear, Fog, Stasis framework. A live scientific intervention designed for rooms whose data shows the Decisiveness Paradox: people performing certainty they do not feel.
Content covers:
- The science of prediction error, predictive processing and cognitive shortcuts under uncertainty
- A live prediction-error puzzle sequence with aggregate accuracy displayed on screen
- A six-tool metacognitive kit: the seven-second pause, thought labelling, bridge-building, cognitive restructuring, walking into the deep end, and the anti-rush body cue
- Live prediction-revision rate as proof mechanism
- Personal metacognitive profile and a specific decision moment to apply the practice
Designed for senior managers, directors, VPs and leadership cohorts. Leadership Lab completion is the recommended pre-requisite. Pre-work is light: a five-minute pre-survey. Includes pre- and post-assessment using validated short-form scales (Need for Closure weighted to cognitive subscales). No exam, no formal qualification applies.
