Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This half-day workshop is designed to support a consistent and fair hiring process by giving interview panels the confidence and skills to run effective and inclusive interview processes. Selection is a 2-way process, and candidates will use the interview to decide whether the role is right for them, so ensuring a positive candidate experience is key.
The workshop covers an advanced refresher on interview skills; with a focus on assessing against organisational frameworks and diversity considerations, including neurodiverse candidates.
