Effective in-house consultancy is a one day workshop exploring the key skills and behaviours required to effectively partner and provide effective solutions to internal stakeholder and customer groups.

It looks at personal impact, building trust, navigating challenging conversations and effectively diagnosing needs to create appropriate and effective solutions. The workshop is highly interactive, stimulating and designed specifically to utilise Government based examples to bring the concepts to life.
