Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, supervised by MHFA England and approved by the Royal Society for Public Health. The course is split into four sessions and covers topics such as stress and vulnerability, depression, suicide, anxiety disorders, psychosis and non-judgemental listening.
