Overview
🕮 Cross Civil Service
The ongoing effort to embed smarter working practices across the Civil Service poses two distinct challenges for managers. The first relates to how they can encourage their teams to work smarter. The second relates to how smarter working practices, once established, can be maintained and what this requires of a leader.
This course is aimed at leaders who want to develop the skills needed to establish, support and maintain smarter working practices within their teams. It will help you to build and sustain high team performance in a changing workplace culture and improve the consistency and quality of service provision while also manging outputs and outcomes effectively.
