Overview
Cross Civil Service
Whenever a team member is performing poorly, as well as addressing the performance issue, strong managers will think about the circumstances which allowed it to happen, in order to prevent it from being repeated. They’ll proactively confront under-performance at an early stage before it has a detrimental effect on the whole team, managing this in a fair and objective manner.
This digital course will show you how to tackle poor performance in your team. As well as learning to identify the signs of poor performance, you’ll think about the reasons for that performance too. You’ll also explore the necessary preparation for a conversation about poor performance and learn how to remain resilient and objective throughout.
