Having coaches and mentors who can help develop these skills and behaviours is a critical part of creating that environment and can help boost organisational effectiveness.
Lasting 6-12 months, this course provides you with the opportunity to study for a professional coaching and mentoring qualification, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management. It is designed to demonstrate the role that coaching and mentoring can play in addressing workplace challenges, improving performance and supporting people in pursuit of their personal goals. There is a regular and a distance learning version of this course.
