This workshop builds people's knowledge and understanding of the benefits of developing resilience and emotional intelligence and equips leaders to opens up conversations resilience, overcoming change positively and the role of senior civil servants in empowering people to take accountability for their wellbeing. Learning includes: Exploration of wellbeing beyond mental/physical ill-health using Conversation Mats, Develop an awareness and understanding of a positive, preventative approach to wellbeing, Clarity of the PERMA+ R model as a framework tool and how it supports the overall wellbeing strategy, supported by a wellbeing confident leaders workbook, A pulse-check diagnosis of how this cohort are doing on each of the PERMA+R pillars, All attendees are given a wellbeing notebook containing micro- actions, thought-provoking reflections and interactive activities to help keep wellbeing front of mind.
