Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

A focused one-hour live workshop on the Stasis response to uncertainty. Introduces embodied yes-and-no sensing and conviction narrative practice. Combines short input with a personal anchor-word exercise and a structured micro-action commitment.

Stand-alone, no digital wrap or follow-up required. Suitable as a precursor to the Leadership Lab, as a wraparound to the digital programme, or as a self-contained intervention for cohorts sitting on stalled decisions.

Content covers:
- How stasis shows up as analysis paralysis, languishing and decision avoidance
- Embodied yes-and-no sensing calibrated personally in the room
- Conviction narrative and the anchor word
- Three micro-action commitments for the next 24 hours

Designed for managers, leaders and senior individual contributors. No pre-requisites. No exam, no assessment, no formal qualification applies.
