Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

A live one-hour keynote to introduce The Uncertainty Experts and the critical future skill of Uncertainty Tolerance. The session sets the context, introduces the science of uncertainty. This is a great as a standalone keynote or to kick off the Uncertainty Experts Programme - whether this is the digital programme, the leadership lab or the Uncertainty workshops. This is the first step and ideal for conferences, leadership or colleague meetings or a thought provoking session to help colleagues positively prepare for change or transformation.
The keynote is delivered by a senior facilitator and combines behavioural-science input, live audience reflection, and clear framing of the practical work ahead. Before the keynote we would recommend a call with the organiser which we arrange directly to ensure we understand the commissioning organisation's own context and current pressures.

Content covers:
- Why uncertainty has changed in modern work and why traditional advice falls short
- What happens cognitively and physically under prolonged ambiguity
- The Fear, Fog and Stasis biological responses, and the behavioural shifts that follow

Designed for all audiences and levels. No pre-requisites. No exam, no assessment, no formal qualification applies.
