Off the shelf (OTS)
A bespoke launch film and supporting positioning communications, tailored to the commissioning organisation. Used to introduce the Uncertainty Experts programme internally and frame why it matters in that organisation's specific context.
These learning materials are excellent programme launch assets to help ensure learner excitement and to increase awareness of what they are about to experience in the programme.
The deliverable includes a short-form stock based launch film and a set of positioning communications for use across email, intranet, all-hands events, and senior leadership channels. The work is shaped through a structured discovery conversation with the sponsor team before production begins. The Uncertainty Experts contact the commissioner directly to arrange this and the Discovery takes 1-2 hours.
The film and comms set the tone for the programme. They sit alongside the digital experience, the live keynote and/or the leadership lab moments to build a coherent narrative for participants and sponsors, and drive engagement and adoption from launch onwards.
