Off the shelf (OTS)
The Graduation session is a live facilitated session to be delivered after the delivery of the Uncertainty Experts Programme, whether this is the digital cohort, the leadership lab or the workshops. The Graduation Session is a live closing session for the cohort. Celebrates completion, reviews aggregated cohort data, reinforces the shared language of the programme, and commits participants to specific next steps inside their roles. Bought in conjunction with the Digital Module to complete the cohort experience, drive further engagement, adoption and completion, and close the digital programme with a shared moment of integration.
Designed for cohorts of managers, leaders and senior individual contributors who will benefit from a shared closing moment after self-paced learning. The Graduation Session lifts engagement and adoption and creates a single point of integration for participants and sponsors.
